If your artwork arrives damaged during transit or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number together with photographs of the artwork, its packaging, and any visible damage so we can review your claim.

Once reviewed, we will work with you to determine the most appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include professional restoration, a refund, or another mutually agreed solution. Since each artwork is unique, a replacement may not be possible.

Orders may be canceled only before they have been shipped.

Every artwork is carefully inspected, professionally packaged following fine art shipping standards, and shipped with appropriate insurance to help ensure it arrives safely.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the size of the artwork.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Upon delivery, we recommend inspecting both the packaging and the artwork. If any damage is evident, please photograph the packaging and artwork and contact us within 48 hours so we can assist you promptly.
